No. Saylor want to bring LN into Microstrategy software. They are a software company in the end. And LN is a natural way to use Bitcoin in an accounting system for a company.
I don't see any relation between LL (Lightning Labs) and Saylor (Microstrategy).
Are two different aspects here.
