LND is a much better product than the others. They deserve their market share and the resulting ability to set Lightning's direction.
What Lightning needs is a viable competitor. Ideally, open-source and well-funded. ATTN: Jack Mallers (Strike), Jack Dorsey (Cash App), Elon Musk (Twitter), and others who are building on Lightning.....?
