Break up your day with sets of push-ups or squats.
One day you push-ups every hour.
The next day do squats every hour.
Then you can do dips in your chair.
Then you can do single leg Romanian deadlifts.
Then you can take it easy and just do a full body stretch.
You can do it.
I believe in you too.
The issue is getting all sweaty at work.

You won't get sweaty from 10 push-ups or 10 squats.
I do it at work all the time
