I'm like that too. Last year a kid who just got his license took out our light post in a snow storm trying to avoid a deer. He came to the door to apologize. I got his contact info and he promised to pay me. I texted him the estimate. He worked hard and in about a month he came by with the cash. I asked him what did he think I was supposed to do with these pieces of paper? (Just kidding)
