Haven't done much today yet aside from a morning set of pushups (it's already Monday afternoon here in Estonia)... otherwise keeping up the 120+ pushups/day routine, some yoga every day, some walking every day. Will try to get back into doing short daily runs as well. Participated in a local sports event this weekend, got 2nd place in men's hanging (2 min 15 sec) and, as I had time to kill, I also went and did a 60m run in which I surprisingly got 1st place (with a 8.96 sec time)🤠
That's awesome! Maybe you missed your calling as a sprinter.

Haha, maybe. But maybe there just weren't that many great sprinters participating... I mean, when I finished the run they did tell me some veterans did it under 8 sec... so perhaps the better sprinters were already in the veterans' class and men's class was left more or less uncontended :) In any case, was a cool surprise :)
