What are your fitness goals for the next week?
Mine is mainly improving my chaturunga to up-dog and down-dog transitions. I've never been very intentional about it, nor did it come naturally. The feet especially - I'd love to avoid having to flip them. So that'll be my goal for the week.
I just added hanging to my set of daily practices.
I don't have a great bar that I can get a solid grip on, but I hope to pass 30s hanging from the random 2x4 in our unfinished basement that sort of works for the activity.

Thanks! It's been a wild couple months and I'm happy to finally put this shit behind me. I definitely will not miss owning a home.

Run more consistently (at least every other day)

Mine is to restart running on a regular basis to slowdown the growth of my tummy or in a way to revive back my fitness to my pre marital levels.
I had a fun ride of around 1000 kms on the previous weekend and my body wasn't feeling all the same. So I just determined to not do another ride until I'm below 75kg, currently I'm 79. I'm 5'8".

This week honestly i won't take fitness much seriously as it's my birthday too this week, but I'll try barefoot walking like Undisciplined mentioned in his post.
