I mainly need to avoid red meat for my gout. Fried food because that's my weakness. No exercise because of gout.

To be honest I did a really poor job of all 4 last week, which is why I'm in the position of having a gout flare up in the first place
But this may be the kick-in-the-butt I needed to straighten myself out finally
