Name one or more people that are good faith actors in an area of influence?

Today's bur in my saddle is the absolute overflow of bad faith arguments and actors on many topics. I don't like being overly negative. As @SimpleStacker reminded me, the medium of social media rewards and encourages bad faith arguments and cheap shots.
There's another side though. There are people that I am aware of that do not argue in bad faith. That seek to first understand before just railing on those that they disagree with. Here's the people that are like this that I am aware of.
None of these men are pushovers. They hold strong positions but based on my experience with them online they are fair and do not seek to strawman those that they disagree with. We get more of what we reward and I wonder if we are getting what we are rewarding.

I'm sure I'm missing some people but what do you say. Who are some good faith actors in various areas of influence?

My only warning would be not to put too much faith even in the people who seem to be good actors now. In the end, they still make their living doing online commentary, if their current schtick stops working, who knows if they may turn to outrage farming. That might sound cynical and unfair, and maybe it is, but it is all too common.
That being said, for politics I like Robbie Soave who seems pretty level headed and is libertarian, also Emily Jashinsky. I used to like Krystal and Saager but I think Krystal has gone off the deep end and Saager lets her get away with anything.

Great advice. I’ll add that part of their job is maintaining the appearance of good faith whether they actually are or not. One of the most surprising things for me working in bitcoin is learning how wrong I was about who is a good faith actor. I thought there’d be more good faith actors than there are.
Jimmy Song, Lopp, and Michael Goldstein were the biggest “influencers” I followed from before that operate on the inside exactly how they appear on the outside. There are many more influencers in bitcoin that are good faith actors I’m sure. I didn’t follow many from before to contrast with now. These are also just the ones that come to mind - the clearest lack of surprising qualities (for lack of a better term).

Great point sir. Yeah, I have very little faith in men (people) because of seeing so many of them let me down in some way. Of course, I am well aware of my own flaws and I know I have let many down over my life. None of us are perfect and we all have our failures.
Some people at least try though. That's who I'm talking about. Those that are trying and doing a good job in the public eye.
And, some of this is of course subjective. What I might consider fair another person may not consider fair. I will admit because my views on many things are heterodox, that makes it appear to be more somewhat objective on a lot of political topics. Though, I know that has its limits.

I would add Alex O'Connor
Alex is an atheist, but he is an unusual atheist. Firstly, he is not a New Atheist (ie. Sam Harris type), and secondly he has actually read the Bible.
In short, he is respectful and he endeavors to understand the point and debate it without falling into the shallow dismissive style that the New Atheist were known for.
As a result of his good faith approach, he gets good guest on like Bishop Barron, etc. He has even had other of his atheist friends on, where they specifically discuss what are their weakest points and what are their hardest questions to answer from the atheist perspective (ie. why should there be something rather than nothing without a prime creation force).
He is so good faith, that you could almost put him in the Christian category!

Yep, I'm a Christian and I find Alex O'Connor a refreshing voice who treats us fairly without backing down either, and engages in meaningful conversations.
One topic I'd like to see him talk about more is Islam.

You have a strong bias re Christianity. You cannot debate logically and in good faith with Christians because they are explicitly not basing their beliefs on logic and reasoning, but upon mythology and dogma. All religions are dogmatic and thus inherently irrational.
