Knowles was so kind when Kirk would tease him about Catholic things. People I like speak highly of Kirk even though they disagree with him on things.

of course, disagreement is healthy! i'm sure we would disagree on many things too. Even the apostles disagreed on stuff, recorded in divine scripture! What matters is how you disagree, and what you do about it

How we disagree is something we have to get better at. I've been working on that for a while too. Its not easy.

I found Kirk to be smug but then I have to admit there are people I call friends that thought I was smug before they got to know me. God has been working on my judgementalness for a very long time and I think I'm slowly learning to show more grace. But its not easy to do.
