In what way would you say that South Korea or Japan is more fascist that say, the UK or France, today?

There is a greater degree of corporate control of people's lives, and integration of a small number of corporations with the state.

I'm not making a value judgment or using fascism as a slur, so given the incessant miss-use of word it can be surprising or difficult to consider things as they are.
