I'm just barely hitting enough steps for the latest Workit challenge. Proud of myself for forgoing ice cream today.
How well did you meet your health and fitness goals today?
As my pain reduces I find myself giving into temptation more. Not good. Need to remind myself that social events are not an excuse to eat whatever you want.
Those are tough. I have to really be on my game to eat the healthiest options in social situations.
