Put "Fountain" into the list - seems to be a good platform. Sadly the earn function doesn't work in my case. But really good content.
It has never worked for me either, not just the earn function, but about anything.
I use PodVerse instead, which works very well.

I haven't been able to make that freaking app to count a single step of mine. I walk between 2 and 3 hours a day on week days and between 5 and 10 hours on weekends. I've been carrying my phone with that freaking thing running and it has counted exactly 0 steeps.
