Haven't actually touched video code in quite awhile but Lightning.Pub underneath it is becoming quite the rock.
I've found pressing pulsates the juices around for a more tender cook, doesn't actually squirt out like a sponge, you can see how well its distributed at the end... actually the most shit I catch in person is that i'm not a straight SnP guy
I've thought many times about making a wood pit, but then I just end up throwing some wood pellets on the grill grates and call it good.

Lightning.video is really underrated. Great potential for this platform! I think is the best application for LN, it fits perfectly with pay per view.
