Had a sandwhich and chips today. Couple cups of coffee and a bit of creatine, bananas and goldfish crackers.
Didnt workout today, but the rest will probably do me good.
Tomorrow will be pushups, I had 2 really good runs this week, a 5k and a 5.8k
Need to make sure I eat more
If a bag of goldfish crackers made up a significant part of your food intake, then you really do need to eat more.
