huh, not really but the sqlite driver did throw the error as if that were the case, wtf:

it also recovered by itself and the sqlite db is only 308K, so nothing too crazy ...

I will shutdown the bot until I can make sure this no longer happens; for example by relying on the SN API to tell me if I already posted.
