I find it rather amusing that I can distill 2 concurrent sentiments, sometimes within 1 stacker:
  1. "They took our jobs!" and "End H-1B!" and "Deport them all!"
  2. "USA is superior to that shithole Canada, no one wants to go there."
To put that in perspective: https://boycott-ietf127.org/ is a sad signal, especially since there is no boycott organized for IETF 124.
