Brazil’s got over 200 million people, it’s a huge market. Here in Portugal, we really feel the Brazilian influence. Luckily, I’m not caught up in that whole thing. I do follow a few Brazilian YouTube channels that I think are actually good quality, and I wouldn’t even call them influencers, to me, they’re just solid YouTubers.

Actually, for some time now I have become very selective when it comes to following someone.

Well, in Cuba there weren't many influencers, so to speak, due to the poor state of the internet, but after coming to live in Brazil, I can say that the level of "Instagrammers"—in other words, influencers—is incredible.
Here, I can say that, without saying 100%, we could say that 80 or 90 percent of them dedicate their entire lives to social media and sell you a course on something.
My wife and I laugh because you go and see something that catches your attention, and somewhere in the video, the person tells you they have a course on it...it's truly incredible.
