TBH it just depends some I others I have seen up to 80% others 40% it just depends on what they do and how important that is to the mission.
And, it might be different this year because so many people who would normally be furloughed got layed off recently

There are two different groups.... those that were till Oct. 1 and the second group is Jan. 1 of 2026
