"Loafing" makes me think someone's almost trying.
They should use their GPS tracking to tell us how slow Jones was moving.

They should use their GPS tracking to tell us how slow Jones was moving.
I switched it to quit. I thought that was more of a catch all phrase to describe his lack of effort or interest. I didn't like loafing either.
