What's your favorite pasta???
Fusilli is my favorite pasta shape. I don't know why, it just seems pretty good at everything.
If we're talking about stuffed pasta, then Agnolotti is by far the best pasta I've ever tried, there's something about the texture, and the warmth of it that can't be topped.
My favorite pasta dish is Fusilli with bell pepper pesto, it's really awesome (and the shape can also be Rigatoni or Penne rigate).
I have to say though, I don't like pasta. Ate it too many times, it got old.
Ah, nice. I think my favorite pasta shape is Campanelle, kinda like Fusilli. Probably because it has a lot of surface area to hold sauce with.
I'm not sure what my favorite sauces or toppings are though.
They're so cool! They have a really particular shape with many benefits, I also like finding them in mixed pasta when I do pasta with borlotti beans.
