I wonder if this could also be part of the whole everyone from X,Y,Z departments were fired for AI and these are the departments that have not yet been rehired by companies.
If you look at the topmost heatmap at #1237966, you'll see a pattern emerging for clerical support workers being exposed to GenAI (middle column). Note that these are exposure points, not so much "AI takes the job", but impact ought to be felt.
If you get rid of the bureaucracy, most people affected will be in this particular section of the labor market?
