I've been looking at Predyx for some time. I'm not into gambling, but I get excited around the game theory of prediction markets (like @ek I think). I also like them because it's one of those things that would be impossible to pull in fiat land but can be easily done now that we have Bitcoin.
Predyx sounds nice but I generally only see boring sports betting and financial markets that would be better done in a proper exchange. But today I was surprised to come across a genuinely original one:
I've used Bisq for a long time and I'm a great fan of the project. I found this bet funny because it's the first time I see some kind of "derivative" about what happens within the Bisq market outside of it.
Now I'm sitting here, wondering what kind of behaviours could actually get triggered on the Bisq market itself in the unlikely event this market would pick up enough volume...
