The fact that they found this particular guy's password says very little about the long term implications of even 5% of the economy adopting Bitcoin. The tax code as it's written today punishes the individuals and businesses who don't adopt Bitcoin.
'The tax code as it's written today punishes the individuals and businesses who don't adopt Bitcoin.' How so?
BTW- You are constantly changing the context of the debate...evading the issues raised.
The debate was about how you can go live in your Citadel but you don't want to because you are scared of Haitian gangsters.

That's just nonsense. The zone defined as state territory isn't safe from Haitian gangsters. The Citadel is safe. But you want to give credit to the state? Why? Because in theory it's supposed to protect me? Even though it doesn't in reality?
How so?
Because hyperinflation is coded into their protocol. Only Bitcoiners survive in the scenario that is predictable based on their budget.

You are scared of Haitian gangsters otherwise your citadel would not be hiding like a parasite.
State law enforcement authorities will confiscate your drugs and Bitcoin stack and throw you in prison with the Haitian gangsters.
More billionaires are created everyday in China than in the west and China has banned bitcoin- wealth creation is strongly related to the governments strategic development of the economy and its infrastructure and skilled and motivated workforce.
Do you even know what Rare Earths are? They are essential to the manufacture of the device you are now using...and the functioning of the internet itself. The crony capitalist US empires exceptional privilege and wealth is in decline and even Bitcoin cannot fully insulate anyone from that. USA is losing.

Only those who think they can avoid contributing to the collective common good while enjoying the immense and tangible benefits of government provisioned of rule of law, regulated markets, infrastructure and security.
If you want to be free of the government go somewhere there is none. But you don't because you are a hypocrit parasite. Go live in Haiti or the jungle.

The "common good" is such a meme. That could mean literally anything that the gang of extortionists and looters wants.

Free markets without regulatory and rule of law oversight are an oxymoron trotted out by naive Libertarians who would not survive a night out in the woods.
