thank you, great Qs let’s get into it
  1. I did find it hard to understand. I had it give up a lot of flaky, misguided concepts. I have never encountered something like bitcoin, or anything that made me think critically about the monetary system.
  2. I did have someone help me - @bitcoinplebdev is great at explaining things. I went to podcasts to learn a lot, dipped into the academic research on bitcoin but found it lacking. Then I was able to meet a lot of bitcoiners too and go to meetups and stuff like that.
  3. Yep, completely
  4. not particularly, but I’ve seen the movies. Should I read the books?

Should I read the books?
Not really necessary, those are kind of separate stories, like a bit of expansion of little parts of the SW world.
I ask it more to see if you are familiar with it.
How do you find now Bitcoin? Is it still hard to understand, even new concepts that are coming almost every day?
reply
Yeah definitely still hard to grasp at times. It sits squarely in a domain that I have no connection to. But I get to be around people arguing about the minutia of bitcoin all the time and through this I am able to get in touch with the issues at the core

Ok here another question, non-bitcoin related. Let's make it more interesting.
Can you describe this scene in just few words / phrases ?
reply
Oh you have stumped me. I mean it’s clearly you know, not cool

sometimes I ask inconvenient or weird questions, just to see the reaction :) like memes
