sounds like the platinum users are not a priority! u can write a letter requiring compensation for a waste of ur time and anxiety caused over a failed payment;

It's funny, because you're supposedly better than a "Gold", and you have quite a few benefits, not as much as a Black, but the service is crap, I'm still trying to cancel it... I'm already going for 2+ hours
