Now I came back and read it again. I may say that Bitcoin is NOT breaking any law, because Bitcoin is ABOVE any "laws" (except Natural Law).
Any existing laws, do not apply to Bitcoin, but to fiat. And this is the biggest mistake people are doing, by trying to fit Bitcoin in existing or future laws.
You cannot put Bitcoin in any law, it doesn't fit. Bitcoin is just IT, like it or not.

This is what I was thinking too.
Making bitcoin illegal would be similar to criminalizing gravity or any other fact of nature. That's what's so powerful about this innovation.
