I am not against using Tor at all. But users must know that Tor is not the panacea of privacy. And when is about to use it with LN is the worst case scenario.

I don't know who started this trend in Bitcoinlandia pushing all new users into using Tor... you can easily have your own VPS and use it as your personal VPN tunnel with a wireguard, that way you protect much better your whole house, not just a device.
