I honestly think this is bad news. Cruz has now made bitcoin a political football. He is seen as polarizing, and he commented that leftists hate bitcoin. Now bitcoin will be seen as part of the conservative republican agenda, and half the country will hate bitcoin because they hate Ted Cruz.
