Buying BTC through a bank is the stupidest thing you can do!
BTC was created to screw over banks, not to be subjugated by them. Besides, when you buy BTC through a bank, you're practically shouting from the rooftops that you own BTC.
Always keep BTC in self-custody.

Yes, that's sad, that's why I blurted that out to some friends on Telegram. It was all because of Jerome Powell's announcement that banks are free to offer Bitcoin and cryptocurrency services, so one friend asked what that meant, and another was saying that now he could buy BTC without so much trouble...!!
