First and foremost ask yourself: what type of LN node you want to run on that Start9 box, private or public?
Because each type have its own meaning and use case and a different liquidity management.

You basically answered all of it. Thanks ;) 2 channels with 1 M and swap 500k in each to get 1M inbound, right? When needed, open another one to get 3M outbound ( and swap ) to have 1.5M inbound.
ps. it's gonna be private node, i do not want public one - have a full time job already :D
