without more details it's hard to price. but the right amount of incentive is just enough to get the results that you want.

I'd start small, then increase when it becomes clear the small incentives are preventing results.

I hunt ze bugs. I have a few of the obvious ones to fix yet, then I'll look into the more subtle ones.

After that it's catching up on code review and cleaning up our github stuff before moving onto some other big task.
