I don’t know any tool that does that specifically, but you can use this one and try writing/reading from a certain relay and check the response to see if a given npub is blocked.

do u have suspicion that some relays are aggressively filtering pubkeys, or is it just u?

No, just experimenting some things on nostr, but not using my main pubkey.
I really don't care about banning or muting.
Looking for a tool that I can put a npub (it can be even from a NWC wallet) and check if is allowed to use a nostr relay.

careful when saying "i don't care" - u know that words carry power (u taught me that urself thru the term "pleb");
much stronger change manifests when people care and take an action
as opposed to saying "i don't care" yet carrying on with the Great Work; it is literally counter-productive;
