Using blockstream green wallet on Android. In the app, I have an on-chain wallet and a lightning. The thing is, I noted the lightning wallet has its own seed-phrase (12 words not sure if they are BIP 39).
But Blockstream does not seem to support Bolt12 offer, which I need to redeem payout from Ocean mining pool. I also read some posts saying Phoenix is a great wallet which offers (pun intended) it.
So I am wondering how trustworthy and transparent is that compared to Blockstream. Are there pros and cons that I should be aware of? I also read somewhere that Phoenix runs a light node on my phone. I am not absolutely sure if it is true, but seems like a big burden for a mobile device? Does it mean huge drain on the battery and I have to stay continuously online to keep the channel alive?

If you want to use those bullshit offers of bolt12 why not just run a CLN node? Or at least an Alby Hub with LDK backend.
Phoenix yes is a node on your device, but a limited node. I would not consider it a burden. It serve a purpose pretty well.
Blockstream is something else. The node is not in your device, you have only the keys to manage that node that runs on Greenlight infra. It also serve a purpose.
Are 2 different models.

Also note that Phoenix uses electrum, whereas Zeus/Blixt uses Neutrino. The latter offers better privacy.
