I think it muddies the water. They appear to be have mostly been charged based on their intent. And they pled guilty to charges that we all assumed didn't apply to services like theirs. Hopefully they win on appeal.

What if @realBitcoinDog is a secret drug dealer and all those abs posts are secret drug listings and people that zap him are paying for illicit drugs?
