Keet's twitter is pretty swamped with this problem and they reply to everyone "Hi! That particular error is a bit rough on mobile still, but likely no other person is in the room, or there was a networking issue. You can always join our discord, to get more direct help as well, or wait for new weekly updates when we are improving this 🙂"
