Do you have any reporting on that or is it just a strange attempt to deflect blame from genocidal aggressors?
Yes:

Sucks for them, getting murdered by both occupying forces.
It doesn't change that Israel doesn't need to be killing these people.

what are your thoughts on the Nekba?
reply
I doubt all the children who have been killed by IDF soldiers supported Hamas.
Killing innocent people is wrong. Full stop. There are no statist euphemisms that make it ok.

This is the thinking that leads to endless war. You can always make some sort of justification when things keep escilating.
What is hard to see if you don't want to see it is that there are people who profit from this and they make sure a message of escillation is heard. On both sides. The US military industrial complex as well as the global banking elite make unbelievably amounts of money off of endless war.
The plebs bleed and die for the elite. They rob us with money printing to fund their wars.
People get all bent out of shape because their neighbors don't vote like them but few really get the game. We are their enemy. We are their cattle. The plebs on the other side of the conflicts are more like us than our rulers.
The state is an evil monster that survives on war. Down with statism.
reply
As soon as you realize that your neighbor’s vote was just as insignificant as yours, you can stop caring who he voted for.
reply
Not the children, but their parents.
reply
That doesn't justify killing their kids
reply
It does, in order to save Israeli lives.
Saving Israeli lives is the first and foremost goal of Israel. To the extent they can carry out the operations without collateral damage, they should.
But beyond that, they can eliminate any threat and impediments to save Israelis, even if innocent kids are being used as cannon fodder by hamas.
An Israeli life takes priority over a gazan life in Israel's eyes.
