I built a simple portal to lookup node stats, including a health score. Anyone want to try it on their public nodes? Feedback appreciated!
How do you judge a health score? Time online?
You can tap the score to view more details, but I calculate it as follows:
Connectivity (20 pts):
Online Node: 20
Online Host: 10
Offline: 0
Services (40 pts):
Points for each supported feature (Full Node, SegWit, P2P v2, Compact Filters, Bloom Filters)
Blockchain Sync (25 pts):
More points for being close to the latest block height
Clock Sync (5 pts):
More points for accurate time
Transaction Relay (5 pts):
Relay enabled: 5, disabled: 0
Protocol Version (5 pts):
Modern version: 5, older/unknown: less
