There's something special about living by the beach or any coastal area. Whenever I visit, I find myself having a day of pure relaxation - walking, doing nothing, and just letting my mind wander. The feeling of the sand between my toes, the sun on my skin, and the sound of the waves is like medicine. It's a reminder that sometimes, the simplest things in life are the most powerful.
I've been taking notes and recording my thoughts, and it's been incredibly helpful. It's not just about capturing my ideas, but also about sharing them with others who might resonate with them. I'm not trying to convince anyone of anything, but rather, I'm just curious about the world and open to new information.
Being outside, soaking up the sun, and reducing unnecessary complexity is key to a good and healthy life. I believe that health and wealth are interconnected, and that this simple way of living is essential for achieving both. It's easy to get caught up in other things, but sometimes, it's the simple things that bring us the most joy and fulfillment. Just enjoying my day and sharing my thoughts - no need to overthink it.
i have synthesized some of my best original thots while strolling along the gravel roads made of ground-up old world buildings, after taking a responsible dose of entheogens; i am never interested in a joy-trip, but self-education; there is certainly a way to generate those thots without the substance, thru practicing meditation or exposure to extreme conditions, however it takes longer and the intensity of original thots is lower; i think that leading people out of darkness slowly doesn't work anymore - their dopamine-spiked brain craves extreme novelty;
i wrote a post about shamanism - u may be interested in the next step on ur journey - educating others;

Totally agree. Do you know who Tom Campbell is? Recently found his work and really find what he talks about fascinating. Since I've seen the depths of DMT and other substances I can agree with you, and Tom, that the meditation route is certainly one to aspire to. There's more control as well I think.
Cheers on sharing the article, I will certainly take a read in a bit.

here is a new channel i found about persuasion: Chase Hughes with 10-20 min training videos;
i like the framework Thots -> Emotions -> Actions where thots are preceeded by imagination and emotions emanate from the heart (coeur/care/courage); it helps me structure the process for the left-brain dominant personalities, the most common mode of operation;
