What is causing this problem? Many thanks in advance to anyone who can explain it to me.
A few hours ago, I moved some SATS without any problems, and now I tried to use Coinos again. And I encountered this.
A few days ago, the same thing happened, and then it just started working again.
What do the more experienced stackers think? 🤔

Why is this happening?

It's the price you pay when you don't pay for the service and you don't run it yourself.
I have a coinos wallet that I use as well. One of these days when it goes offline, it won't come back. Use these moments to evaluate how much you rely on them.

I agree, it has happened quite frequently in the last quarter. Thank you for the information. My other useful custodial wallets are “Wallet of Satoshi” and I have read recommendations about Blink that others use besides Coinos (useful custodial wallets).

This will happen all the time with whatever custodial service. Get used to it.

I understand that custodial services are not 100% reliable. But there's no denying that they are useful at times. Thank you for your help anyway.

Is possible that only the website is down for maintenance or something. Keep in mind that CoinOS have also NWC service, that can be connected to any wallet app.
And one important aspect: NEVER depend 100% of any custodial service. Use them wisely and poorly. only when is really needed.

It seems like it was maintenance... Because two hours later it was already working.
