I'm confused on the point of this and how anyone could aquire the 1.5m sats. Explain to me like Im 5 and know nothing please.
ELI5 expalanation: after one year, the locked funds can be spent by anyone just pointing to those funds, sort of like leaving money on the floor, anyone who sees it can come pick it up 😅
