You don't need to be a miner yourself to get an account with a bitcoin mining pool. Any miners wanting to support you can point their rig(s) to your pool account.

I guess the Braiins rewards splitting option can also be an option, and send a % of the mining rewards to sponsored payouts addresses.

My reward splitting function is:
[Total.hashrate] / [ Home.hashrate ] * 100
Then I check with the decimals and round up.
