I still have not recovered from jet lag... it must be because I'm getting older... I used to recover much quicker...

Do you have any particular method for overcoming jet lag?

Mine has always been staying up all night when I first get back.

Going to Asia, the best strategy is to take a night flight, sleep on the flight, and when you land it's the morning.

Coming back is a bit harder. I've done the staying up all night before, but it wrecks me for at least a few days.

I haven't had to do it since I was younger. Perhaps it would take me out too.
