Look into Rizful, if you still don't want to run your own LN node.
You have two options with Rizful:
- a regular NWC account - https://rizful.com/w
- a LN node in the cloud, where you manage the channels and liquidity, but you still have control of it and use it with NWC (you can even have multiple NWC accounts) - https://rizful.com/node_in_the_cloud
They have very good documentation page with multiple use cases. You can even have this Rizful node as a funding source with NWC for a LNbits or BTCpay server, where you can do more things, including your own LN address domain and multiple NWC accounts
