afaict most people are considering this a scam unless the miner is using Intel's new chip. But the intel chip isn't more efficient or powerful (it's power efficiency is lower) - the chip is just cheaper and by a factor of 2 not 4. The numiner claims to use 20.2 J/TH and the new intel chip uses 26 J/TH so IMO it's not the new Intel chip.
