People are feeding the animals. Municipalities are irresponsible. Shelters are inadequate.
I feed them too, but I also get them spayed or neutered.

There are too many cats. One female cat gives birth to 10-15 kittens a year. And then there are people who don't want cats in their homes. In this situation, cat lovers are the ones who make the sacrifice.
