Lol from my unqualified understanding I would say not much to do with that, I think its more to do with optimising what bitcoin is good at, handing native transactions, might seem silly to optimise them when people are spamming the chain but hey when did refinements ever really make headlines?

I like the idea that your BTC can be swept into your heirs wallet after a few years, in case of a sudden death.

It would be a cool feature, but we'd still have to train our heirs to be confident enough to manage their keys and their opsec.
While there's no need for a will, if you have bad privacy and opsec, will be hard to obscure those funds from the prying eyes of inheritance tax laws, you know how these government nutters are always sniffing around for our sats
