the reason sales pages look like that is to attract idiots to take advantage of. lots of bold colored type, plenty of pics and no real information.
So, your take is that https://bitcoinmaxinews.com/bitcoin-rabbit-hole/ does not contain any substance or "real information" about Bitcoin?
Are you a sales page copywriter, sir? An expert on the subject matter?
Have you ever sold anything online?
Let me ask you this: How would you make a page designed to convert clueless newbies in one brief sitting? Just a headline and a wall of text, or how?

certainly not a salesman of any kind. worked tech support for most of my youth, sales are the people that trick customers into buying things they don't need or understand.
as for "converting" someone in "one brief sitting":
I would never presume that such a thing is even possible, because it isn't. you could however succeed in convincing a newb to ape in with no actual idea what they are doing.

Didn't use to be possible. It is now, however. Thanks to this one of a kind rabbit hole...
People need Bitcoin, and it's not tricking them when you tell the truth and are transparent about everything...
They get more than enough information to make a "get off zero" decision. I don't encourage them to go all in (I suggest 20 dollars to get started). Getting off zero is essential, as it will make them invested enough to care and want to learn more...
