Yeah, you are probably not target user here. The onion service helps specifically the people that have the clearnet domain blocked (e.g. by their government) and yet want to be able to access the data on the site.
Are you expressing that having onion address for some service is generally useless for everyone, or are you saying that this is specifically useless for you?

I use Tor as main browser. But not twatter. I never had a twatter account. I useless. Twatter is a weapon against its own users.
Use nitter.net for reading any interesting tweet if you really want.
