I'm 17 and am trying to stack as many sats as I can. Unfortunately I have limited funds and I can't even legally buy Bitcoin since I'm under 18. Regardless I've been able to buy some Bitcoin with my parents accounts but it's been an uphill battle to build my stack. I would appreciate any recommendations you guys have for ways I can stack sats!

Legally buy? Bitcoin doesn't have age limits. What you mean is you can't open an account with a CEX. Good news, you don't need one.
What you want to do is use a Bitcoin DEX. You sound smart enough to learn these. I use Robosats which is a Lightning Network based DEX. You can buy sats there and swap into an L1 wallet you want. Or learn to use Bisq. HodlHodl is maybe the easiest. Here's a site with a list of the main bitcoin DEX's and ranked:
kycnot.me
These DEX's have a bunch of different payment options for their offers. CashApp is one (If you live in the US you should be able to open one at age 16). Zelle with your bank account is another. F2F (face to face in person). Gift cards. ACH. Wires. PayPal. There's a bunch of options. Just watch some tutorials on whichever platform you use.

Personally for me it was doing my job, I also went down the rabbit hole of trying to earn sats here and there but in terms of trading time for the most sats, I found that working was the best and then converting that into bitcoin.
If you can't work full time, I get that and you're better off trying to do jobs on freelance sites and then getting cash, lets say completing tasks on upwork, taking the cash into paypal and then selling it P2P for bitcoin
There are some native bitcoin freelance apps that offer micro tasks like stakwork and microlancer and pick up a few sites

Bisq -> cash by mail or us postal money order. But bisq has much more friction

You could try Bitcoin ATMs (CoinATMRadar.com) or Azte.co vouchers to buy Bitcoin with cash (no ID required). Or buy Bitcoin with Amazon/Google Play/Steam/etc. gift cards with Robosats.com, or cash by mail with Bisq.network, HodlHodl.com or AgoraDesk.com.
Also you could earn Bitcoin via gigs/microtasks/remote work with Microlancer.io or sell products/services for Bitcoin with Bitejo.com or t.me/BitcoinP2PMarketplace
(Some examples: You could learn how to setup Wordpress/WooCommerce websites and sell this service, or make graphics with Canva.com. Both are free to learn.)

You can buy peer to peer or if you want to stack "free" sats you started in a good place with stacker news. Create good content and people will tip you. You can also listen to podcasts on Fountain app, play games on Zebedee, Thndr, there are a number of other apps that have daily sats giveaways. I am sure other responses have covered all these.
If you have a skill set that you think you can market maybe you could offer to work for sats. Even if that skill set is merely youthful energy. You can probably find someone who will pay you sats to mow their lawn, shovel their snow, clean their gutters, paint a fence and so on. Maybe try the Orange Pill App to find bitcoiners in your area and see if any of them have some work for you.
Happy stacking.
Cheers,
GR

Get more funds. Generally, the two options there are employment or going into business for yourself. Of course, the fiat standard would suggest the highest expected value option is starting a business that can become a pseudo-monetary substrate for pumping and dumping.
If you can get angel investor funding for a startup on a SAFE, you can put 100% of the corporate balance sheet into bitcoin and simply lower your burn rate. As long as you still intend to build the business, nothing unlawful there.
The final option is to do gig work on nostr and get paid in bitcoin directly for all sorts of tasks -- however, this does not yet exist, but nothing is stopping you from posting on Nostr whatever offers you want today, e.g. "located in X -- will deliver groceries without Instacart price gouging".

Microlancer.io is a good Bitcoin freelance platform. KYC-free, includes escrow, launched in 2018. Bitejo.com and t.me/BitcoinP2PMarketplace are also options.
NIP-57 may be interesting for Bitcoin marketplaces on Nostr:

I wouldn't say running a LN node profitably is easy to do.
But if you had a reasonable allocation, chose peers reliably, have low time preference frame of mind, available resources and carefully minimize chain fees, there's nothing to stop you making smallish regular/irregular fees from routing.
I guess there's a learning curve there, you could also incur more fees than you take, but it is what it is. Your not increasing your stack in cold storage.
