I tried the link in Firefox and Chromium (vanadium is based on chromium), seems fine for me.

Looking at your error message it looks like it isn't a browser issue. I looks like some link of Cloudflare/Aws or similar service that videocardz uses doesn't like about your IP address. Do you have a Tor browser or VPN?

I use Graphene OS. Perhaps that's the issue, although I rarely have these problems.
